When I started taking photogrpahy seriously, digital cameras were crazy expensive things. It was years before I got one. Now mobile phones have cameras built in. I've had this thing in my pocket for a while, I have lots of pictures, of friends, places, snapshots of stories I've been working on. The look of the pictures reminds me of the cheap plastic Holga I used to use in Gaza.

Camera phones can record longitude and lattitude. So I've included that in most of the captions, some places are pretty obvious, like the Eifel Tower, others not so much. I will send a signed Cairo print to the first 3 people who email me their address and the names of all the cities in the pictues - this offer only applies to people who are not in these pictures.
