You need electric fences, tanks, armored personnel carriers, watchtowers, air support, a network of informants, and a decent navy. |
I first saw these fortifications from the other side. It was like the land had been taken over by a race of aliens, never revealing their faces at checkpoints, speaking over loudspeakers, always hidden in armored vehicles with tinted windows.
