BACKUPS AND DISASTER RECOVERY
Daily backups are kept onsite for the previous 7 days. Periodic backups are kept offsite (retrieval of backups from offsite archives may be charged for).
OUTAGES
Customers will be warned at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled maintenance work which may disrupt service
UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL & VIRUSES
We currently reject around half of incoming email as junk or viruses. Our email policies are an attempt to control this.
SUPPORTED PROTOCOLS
DNS (domain names), IMAP, POP3 & ESMTP (email), FTP (file transfer and storage), HTTP (web). SSL (encryption) for IMAP, POP and HTTP is available but unsupported.
